How Much Support Will I Receive During the Medical Weight Loss Program?
The program takes about one year for most patients to complete. However, we understand each patient has different health needs and may need more or less time. Dr. Hoff and Tina Hoff provide guidance and support every step of the way.
You will receive two phone applications: one for tracking nutrition and another for tracking exercise. Dr. Hoff and Tina keep up with your progress via the apps and also in-house for appointments. You can expect to meet with them every three months and have additional lab work every six months.
